Lake Saunders RV Resort
All guests MUST register at the office.
Only authorized vehicles and RVs are allowed in the park.
Dogs and cats are welcome in the park providing you follow park rules.
- Your pet must be leashed at all times.
- Please do not leave your pet tied or unattended to disturb other guests.
- Each guest is responsible for the droppings of their pet and must be taken care of immediately.
- If a pet becomes a problem notify the management.
- Walk all pets on the main road.
- No pets in public buildings.
Our recreation building will be open 24 hours a day.
- Please help in keeping it clean.
- No pets allowed in recreation building.
- Please do not ride bicycles on the walks around the building.
The laundry room will be open 24 hours a day.
- Please help us keep it clean.
- Turn lights off when not in use and close the doors at dusk.
- Quarters may be picked up during office hours.
- No pet bedding in washers
- No pets allowed in the laundry room.
Our rest rooms/showers are for your comfort.
- Please help us keep them clean.
- No pets in restrooms or showers.
Check sewer connections periodically to avoid leaks. MUST HAVE SEWER RING.
All construction must be cleared with the office and must have proper permits.
Trees are our most valuable assets. Do not cut or deface any trees or drive nails, screws or any metal objects into them. No dog chains into trees.
Please keep your patio and yard neat and free of unnecessary clutter.
All water hoses must be picked up when not in use.
No parking on grass - extra vehicles may be parked in spaces in front of main building.
No clothes lines tied to trees or trailers or on your patio. Umbrella clothes lines will be permitted.
Check with the office before installing them.
Storage buildings, no larger than 8' x 10' are permitted. Please check with the office before installing.
No tents allowed in the park without the manager's consent.
Storage of travel trailers on site:
- Please remove all objects that would interfere with the maintenance of the park.
- Disconnect all lines to the RV and place all movable objects inside.
Speed limit in the park for all vehicles is 10 mph. Boats are to be kept at minimum speed in the canals.
No wake.
Please remove your vehicle and boat trailer from the island after launching your boat.
Garbage dumpsters are supplied. Please use them.
Recycle your aluminum cans at the garbage dumpster.
Lake Saunders RV Resort is not responsible for damage to units. Please be sure your insurance is in effect.
If leaving trailer on your lot and you have a boat, please put it on the pad if possible.
Please take care of forwarding mail with the Mount Dora post office.
Check out time is 12:00 noon.

Our Rates - Extended Stay
Our Policies
$50/night
$300/week
$900/month
Rent includes water, sewer, garbage & electric.
Rates apply to 2 person occupancy. Additional persons $2/night per person. Overnight visitors must check in at office.
Full Time Year Round $500/month plus electric
Seasonal (up to 6 months) $3900 plus electric
Seasonal Occupied (unit stays on lot) $4500 plus electric
Storage Available $50/mth residents $60/mth non-residents
Application fee of $50 per person
Additional persons $2/night per person. Pet deposit of $25/pet - refunded after approval of management. Rent includes water, sewer & garbage. Rent due on 1st. Late fee applied after 10th $25. Security Deposit Full time resident 1 mth plus $100 electrical deposit. Seasonal deposit $500 nonrefundable. 1st payment due November 1st. Season must be paid in full by March 31st.
Non-refundable if cancelled after October 1st.
